The people there are very nice and have always treated me very well either on the phone or in person.I like the fact that they link you with other Kroger Pharmacy’s . which keeps you getting meds mixed up. The people are very knowledgeable.

When I called to figure out what I could do to fix the problem immediately, they told me to call back the following day to speak with the manager, or to return my prescription for a refund. It was Saturday so getting my prescription transferred on the same day would be tricky if not impossible.

Hebron was out of my medication and they called Burlington three days ago and when I showed up Kyle watched me stand waiting for 5 minutes until I asked him if he could help me. Then his comment was are you expecting to pickup a prescription. Then he proceeded to tell me that it will take 20 minutes. Really, why when it was called in three days ago. While I'm on my rant. I have medication that's injected and they never give me the siringe. They tell me that I need a prescription. Really that's like buying a car without a gas tank.
