A friend who found relief from The Good Feet Store recommended that I go see them. Mindy Hockenbury, a certified fitter at the Bowling Green Ky store, fitted the arch supports and explained how to use each set. To say these are life changing is a huge understatement. I followed the plan that was suggested and the relief in my feet and back has been amazing. I can stand on my feet now for long periods of time without having to sit down. So I decided to change my strategy and visit the Bowling Green Good Feet store. I was met by Mindy Hockenbury who explained their evaluation process. After a thorough series of tests, and her knowledgeable explanation of their lifetime warranty and service agreement, I was sold on the idea. After several months of wearing these new orthotics, I'm comfortable and well satisfied by their quality. But am even more impressed by the ongoing support from Mindy when I have questions, or when I stop by and need to try a slightly different strengthener. She has always been willing to go above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible. I'm confident that as time marches on and my feet change again, Mindy and Good Feet will continue to suggest more changes to my strengtheners and maintainers to keep me comfortable! Thanks Mindy! They started off okay but now my feet is hurting me so bad and I’m on a fix income so $1500.00 is a lot of money to pour down the drain and keeping something that has made my walking worse. I need help with this situation. I will be calling the corporate office to see what kind of help I can receive with this problem.I feel that you’re not explained enough about all the warranty and how it all works. I wasn’t told that within the first three months if the insoles are not working for you that you can return them and receive your full payment back in return, information like this you should be advised of when making a purchase and not finding it on the web months later. This is a big purchase when making a purchase like this you want to make sure that you’re covered all around. I’m going to reach out to corporate and see will they please listen to me about my situation with the insoles. Just asking for fairness and understanding when you’re on a fix income and want the best option for your feet, knees and livelihood. I reached out to a representative sent Documentation in about how much damage the insoles are causing to my feet from my doctor with no reply back yet. 2 weeks with no reply. I’m only asking for help from this company. Please!!!
