  I went in looking for a protein drink for lactose intolerance and a pre/probiotic. I talked with Troy told him everything that I needed and he set me up with everything I was looking for. I really appreciate him and his great customer service skills… Thank you so much Troy for being nice…

  I had an outstanding experience at GNC up in Bowling Green, KY. and a huge part of that was because of the employee who helped me, Troy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about supplements, ingredients, and how different products work together. Instead of just trying to sell me something, he took the time to actually understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations based on my personal goals. You can tell Troy genuinely knew his stuff and has a passion for helping people. He answered every question I had, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Employees like this make a huge difference in the customer experience. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows vitamins, supplements, or just general health questions who isn’t just reading labels off the shelf, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for his help. Absolutely top-notch service!
