  Enjoy this workout! Lower impact on the body but still makes a big difference. Great instructors too! I also like how they offer so many variety times of classes for the working mom life. Definitely easier to get a workout in than what other studios offer.

  I enjoy that Pilates moves your body in ways a normal gym workout would not. It’s a great way to escape for an hour, almost has a meditative effect bc you’re focusing on your body and breathing instead of overthinking about personal things. I always feel better after leaving a class. I like that there’s different types of classes you can take and at different levels. They can fill up quick so be sure to sign up ahead of time.

  Club Pilates is a great place for working out. The Reformers make the workout so much better giving just a little more resistance. The instructors are all friendly and everything is cleaned at the end of every single workout class. I recommend anyone that is interested in Pilates to at least take the introductory class just to see what it’s like I think you will be impressed.

  I absolutely love Club Pilates! The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and make every class both fun and challenging. They truly care about each client and take the time to make sure you are using the reformer correctly and getting the most out of every movement. I totally recommend Club Pilates to all age groups, the community is great the classes are exceptional!

  I have been attending classes at Club Pilates for a few months now. Due to back and knee issues, I do have some limitations and weaknesses, however the classes and instructors work with that. They have a center & balance class that literally stops my back pain. They also have a limited mobility class that I greatly enjoy. So, if you thought you couldn't do pilates, think again! Advocate for yourself and they will show you how it's done. I highly recommend getting started. My strength is improving, as well as my balance. I really enjoy the workout.
