Lady who helped check me in made appointment for me nice the lady who came in after who refilled my prescription no she belittled me implied i don't take care of myself & pretty much called me stupid when asked about one of my insulin the dosage I take I told her she said no went checked never apologize & implied i haven't been taking one of my insulin for almost year when my kids & husband & myself have picked up my prescription & all have been home seen me take my meds I have the bruises on my stomach to show for insulin injections. I sat took all for I needed the medicine for my original Dr dropped me which she had a comment for that too things happened deaths accidents where you can't make or have to cancel an appointment. Lady needs to learn bedside manners & apologize when she's wrong I amost went back wanted to show her so bad the insulin I take the dosage say who's in the wrong but I didn't.

The first time, they failed to place my specimen on ice, so Quest lab rejected it. The second time, they foolishly put it in the refrigerator, causing it to freeze—and it got rejected again. In the end, I had to go to Quest lab myself to get the blood drawn. Dana, the NP who works at this little clinic, doesn’t know how to manage specimens. Don’t waste your time or money here!
