- JWJohn WestbrookJun 14, 20265.0Dealt with folliculitis for 10+ years of my life. Near the end it got so bad that my scalp would leak puss every time I bumped my head. I was in constant pain to the point I was in tears and couldn't sleep at night. I tried 2 dermatologist from different clinics. They tried oral and ointment antibiotics but the infection came back. They said there was nothing else the could do and I would have to learn to live with it. This was horrifying to me and I thought my life was over. Then I met Faith at Dermatology PA. She was surprised they didn't try and put me on Accutane (a super strong medication that you take for 6 months) as a last resort. So she got me on the medication. During those 6 months I got to enjoy my monthly appointments with Faith and her assistants. It has been a year since I stopped the medication and I am still cured. After dealing with that affliction for more then 10 years and being told by multiple doctors there is nothing I could do, Faith came in clutch and is my hero. My only regret was on our last appointment I didn't pick her up and give her a big hug for how she changed my life. Faith if you are reading this, thank you again :)
- DGDone GoneMay 21, 20261.0they really treat their patients poorly. I get a message that tells me an appointment that was made two months ago is canceled with no explanation. When I called they said that the clinician was leaving in July, then she said she was leaving in June and when I said that I didn't understand why they canceled my appointment she said that she was leaving in May. This kind of runaround is ridiculous and then they wouldn't even get me in within a month. They don't give a crap about their patients clearly

- GCGalen CarlsonMar 20, 20261.0Have had a 1 year follow appointment scheduled since last May, they keep calling and texting and on and on to reschedule this far in advance, if they can't keep this appointment then if I'm that unimportant to them, ya'all need to think about that. I wasn't real sure about my results there anyway, got a 2nd opinion, I would certainly be scared anyway about returning to this place, they just want your money or your insurance, medicare, what ever you got, they truly do not care about the human beings that they make money off of! This place needs a visit by State Officials including my friend, Vicki Schmidt.
