I hope this helps the next person reading reviews to find the best place to go. I am new to Wichita and This was the cheapest place I could find since I don’t have insurance. Mrs.Toon is sweet, easy to talk to and work with. I do believe she prescribes a more natural prescription. This didn’t work for me, I have had a “crutch” prescription for over 13 years and it was hard to adjust to while also the script being off and no longer being able to see to far in front of me. Mr.Toon the receptionist can be nice while also at times very unkind in his tone, and body language. After the experience I had with Mr.Toon wanting to wait to talk with the doctor to figure out why my script for my eyes were the same even though I have one eye that is worse than the other. (Always have, it’s a lazy eye) and It’s a very small waiting area so I could hear the convo between The patient that was with Mrs.Toon and her, that she was in for a script adjustment as well since the original one given didn’t work. I can’t bring myself to come back no matter how nice Mrs.Toon is. I’ll drive 3 hrs, to go to my old doc. Eyes affect so much of our lives when we got a good script and certainly when we don’t.
