  We went in to try the full demo on the Meta glasses only to be told they could not do that. When asking the manager Tristan why when I called I was given the information that I could bring in my playing cards to allow my blind mother to try and as use the feature “be my eyes” he called me hostile. I asked again to see the full demo he proceeded to hit play on the demo machine and say this is it. I asked again to download the app to try them he again called me hostile. He wanted me to purchase the $$ glasses to “see” if they would work. When asking if my 92 year old mother would be able to hear from the speaker he just said swipe here and showed us. After testing I asked if it was at max volume and he said you mean you can’t hear that and I kindly reminded him that not all people are him and many have disabilities. Tristan I hope you stay disability free in your life because you sir would be more understanding should you have to deal with a disability. I would not recommend LensCrafters Bradley Fair to anyone until Management is addressed.

  Very friendly but I’m disabled and when I asked to use test to pee. I was told I could walk across the street to another retail sore . Mind you I walk with a cane I’m paralyzed on my left side and it was raining told there bathroom was not for public use! Am I wrong that they could have made an exception in my case? I have a very weak bladder and have ulcerative colitis. I peeled my self before I could find a bathroom.

  Everyone at Lens Crafters was very helpful selecting new eyewear. I am excited for my new glasses to arrive & happy to get them shipped to me for travel purposes!

  I have been using LenCrafters for years. Sometimes it is a hit or miss with customer service. But by far this was the worst experience of competence and customer service I have experienced with this company.

  Pretty disappointed as someone from another store recommended LensCrafters to me, I wanted in and got no helped whatsoever. Not even a hello when I walked in the store. There was one employee helping one lady when I walked in. But the employee didn’t acknowledge me at all. So I just left and won’t be back.
