  The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The medical assistant was not. She was very defensive and short with me. I came in to get custom orthotics as my feet and knees hurt all the time and when discussing my options, she got angry that I was asking questions. She advised the orthotics I wanted were $400, but the form I signed said $800. I paid $200 to order, we'll see if they want another $600. The doctor was ok, he explained my issue, but didn't really listen to my concerns.

  “Mi experiencia no fue buena. Sentí que el doctor no escuchó lo que le explicaba sobre mi problema y dio por hecho una causa sin considerar lo que yo le estaba diciendo. Cuando intenté corregirlo, su respuesta y tono me parecieron condescendientes y poco profesionales. Esperaba una consulta en la que mis síntomas y antecedentes fueran escuchados con más atención.” English: “I had a disappointing experience. I did not feel listened to, and the doctor seemed more interested in insisting on his own explanation than considering what I was actually telling him about my symptoms. When I disagreed, his tone felt dismissive and condescending. I expected a more respectful and patient-centered consultation.”

  Number 1 the nurse I told many times I had stich s under my leg but I guess she didn't care I told her I would move my leg I was stomp into ground by 2thound pd bull Dr walk in the room said that he can't do anything for me Dr's and nurses got rember patients don't work for Dr's work for patients came in there taking loud like you are somebody l was going to show you my outside voice your sign in the window Said leave happy what a joke o by way the only nice person you got for you is the up front
