Visiting from out of town (but I do have a second home in Wichita), I tried to sign up for an introductory class as required by their website. However, I was turned away and told that because I don’t live in Wichita full-time, I was ineligible for the intro class and would have to purchase a full package instead. Expecting a first-time visitor to commit to an expensive package without trying the workout or experiencing the studio first makes zero sense. To make matters worse, the owner’s tone was remarkably rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. The single-class pricing structure simply isn't worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.
