We came in and browsed around for about ten minutes before my niece approached an older heavyset gentleman with white hair. He was extremely rude to both of us. Not only did he act like he did not care to be there the entire transaction, but he attempted to gossip with us multiple times about the other man working with him. He was also muttering under his breath as we checked out and left. He refused to give me his name when I asked. My niece still paid for her glasses and will pick them up when they are ready, but next time we will be choosing a different eyeglasses place! My husband and I have used LensCrafter in Overland Park in the past and have had pleasant results, but we will not be returning to the Topeka location!
