  I had a wonderful experience with Caroline and Kristine! They each spent a lot of time explaining what they were doing and, more importantly, WHY they were doing it. Everyone in the office was super helpful and friendly. I am very confident in this practice and highly recommend them.

  I recently visited Head & Neck Surgery of Kansas City and met with Caroline McFeeters, PA, after dealing with recurring ear infections. I honestly cannot compliment this office enough. The staff who checked me in were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Caroline was knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about the next steps. I was also impressed that they were able to get me scheduled within just a couple of days. From start to finish, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.
