  Kristy is thorough and listens intently to any concerns I may have regarding my hearing aids. She goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need to live a comfortable life. She is full of valuable information which she readily provides. Great service each time I visit her for my 6 month routine maintenance. Thank you Kristy!

  I went in convinced I was either losing my hearing or slowly turning into my dad. Thankfully, Caroline quickly ruled out both possibilities. She was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain what was going on, and actually came up with a plan instead of just telling me to "keep an eye on it." I left feeling like someone had genuinely listened and was invested in helping me get better. If all medical appointments were this pleasant, I'd probably stop putting them off for six months. Highly recommend!

  Kimberley is one of the nicest and most competent PA’s in the area. She is so friendly and easy to talk with. She answers all questions so you can understand the situation or directions. I highly recommend Kimberley and would give her more than five stars if I could.
