    I loved my time at Pause! I did A float and LED light therapy. I would recommend this location to friends and family. I look forward to returning and continuing to come to pause for my wellness journey

    I loved visiting this place! The staff is amazing and the red light therapy was so good! I felt relaxed the entire time, will definitely go back.
