  I came in with lower back pain from lifting weights. I went into cryotherapy room for 3min & 30 seconds. I came out feeling no pain in my lower back. I felt refreshed and really alert. The lady up front is named Adi. She was super helpful with all of the things that they offer here. This is the go to place for any injury, skin care, muscle relaxation and much more. I’ll be coming back and I’ll get my family & friends to come as well.

  The young ladies were great. Very helpful with all of my needs and did a really nice tour of the facility. Enjoyed my time there throughly.

  Michael is absolutely fantastic! He made the entire booking process incredibly easy and guided me through everything step by step. I was trying to put together a surprise spa day with several different services and specific times, and Michael was extremely helpful in getting everything coordinated exactly how I wanted it. He was patient, professional, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. If you’re booking with Pause, I highly recommend working with Michael.

  Pause Studio is amazing! I love coming in for IV therapy, red light therapy, and compression sessions I always leave feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day. The staff are so friendly and the space is super relaxing. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself to some feel-good wellness! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
