Took the time to listen to all our concerns and didn’t feel rushed at the appointment. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely cares for their patients.

I've never had allergies, but I have been having pretty terrible sneezing, dripping, and stuffiness for several days off and on. Called KCAA, and got in the next day. I met with Dr. Della Penna and he came up with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Everyone I met with, from the first phone call to the receptionist, the nurse, Dr. Della Penna, and the scheduler were all perfectly professional and courteous. Dr. Della Penna was friendly, knowledgable, and a particularly good listener. A great visit.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Jessica Foley. My daughter was in the middle of an asthmatic flare and I felt so seen, heard and helped by her. She explained things in such an understandable way and set out a clear plan of action for me to follow. I felt put to ease and my daughter has recovered. She is gifted in being personable and relatable.

This is a hard review to write because I am very disappointed with the options I was given at a location I have trusted and been coming to for the past few years. On March 4, 2026, I received a phone call from Makali, the billing manager, explaining that I had an outstanding balance of $3,800 that had not been paid. I was confused and asked why the balance was so high. She explained that it was a bill from 2024 that had not been taken care of. What I do not understand is why, if this balance is from 2024, I am just now being contacted about it in 2026. I have had insurance this entire time, so I do not understand why this balance is so high or why this issue was not addressed much sooner. For the last three years, I have consistently received my allergy injections here. During the call, I was told that if I could not pay $600 a month toward this balance, I would be canceled as a patient. I explained that I could not afford $600 a month, but I offered to pay $100 a month instead. I was told that this would not work. With everything going on in the economy and the rising cost of living, $600 a month is simply not realistic for me right now. Because of this, I am now being forced to find a new allergist and start my allergy injections all over again. Since this happened, my asthma has been flaring up because my allergies are one of my biggest triggers, and this has caused unnecessary stress and health complications for me. I understand that bills need to be paid, but after being a loyal patient for years, I expected better communication, more transparency, and at least some willingness to work with me on a reasonable payment arrangement instead of essentially being dropped as a patient.

Great staff and a relatively painless process to book appointments and get shots. They have been helping me deal with terrible spring allergies.
