  We are so blessed to have found this company. Dalton installed our chair and was so very courteous, polite and professional. He explained everything before leaving and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with how simple the chair is to use. It is an excellent safety feature for our home and would strongly recommend 101 Mobility. They were here in a day to install the chair and had it done in a very short time.

  We have had our lift for just over a year, and my husband no longer needs it. What a blessing! I spoke with Morgan today about having the lift removed so we have a wider stairwell again. She gave me an early date to have her workers come out and uninstall. This will be a huge help as we move forward!

  I appreciated the guys that serviced a lift for us. They were easy to work with, answered our questions, worked clean, and were courteous. We are still waiting on some additional details on the safety switch on the lift, otherwise it would be 5 stars, but overall they did a great job and we will use them again.

  It has been a pleasure to do business with 101 Mobility. I want to especially commend one of their technical people: Dalton. Dalton came to my house and explained in detail the functioning of the equipment and took time to answer all my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I decided to buy the stair lift he recommended.

  Dalton was efficient in the installation of the stair lift. Once it was installed he gave my wife, for whom the chair was needed, a tutorial. She under Dalton supervision did a couple of trial runs. Today, the day after the installation, she has worked the chair very well. She even demonstrated the usage of the chair to the carpet installer. He was very impressed with the automatic lifting and extending of the track so the person using the chair can step out on the floor. Once that is done, then the chair can be moved up the track so the track will not impede walking in the area of the extension. My wife really likes the chair.
