- SASabba Adams5 days ago2.0My first experience here was unpleasant for one reason: an employee, MM, who knew nothing about frames at all. She was rude & snippy, & insisted her info was correct despite the actual measurements proving her wrong. I gave 2 stars because I did find some frames I liked, but I chose not to move forward because I didn't want to have to deal with her again. The OTHER staff were kind & helpful however. A coworker also encountered MM & feels the same way. HR should consider termination. Seriously.
