Horrible experience with front office staff. I called in because I am new and not familiar with cancellation policy. I advised I was having health issues today and if I can cancel. I was told I could rebook online. When I went to rebook I could not. I called back, was told I lose out on credit when cancelling 3 hours before class start. I was hung up on because I was frustrated and not given all information and would not have cancelled if I was told that. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Once my credits are done ($25 each)! , I will never return to this club.

Classes are good, but it is hard to sign up/get into classes as they are commonly booked. Instructors/staff aren't helpful, it took me visiting the studio twice to actually sign up because staff didn't know how to do this, and it took THREE conversations for me to get the information to cancel my membership. I wouldnt recommend this studio based on the poor customer service.

I love club Pilates!! I’m on my 3rd month and am hooked. I’m definitely stronger, look better and my energy level is through the roof. I work full time but can always find a class that fits my schedule. It’s for all ages and fitness levels, I’m 65 . I’ve met people of all ages at the classes. Try it you won’t be sorry.

Love the reformers! Club Pilates instructors are inspiring and very educated. I appreciate I can use the membership to gain access to other Club Pilates across the country when I travel, too. Mostly, I love feeling ever-so-tone with other like-minded women in Lenexa and nearby!
