Most people would assume the sales people would know MOST things about the frames, but the woman we worked with had a quiet, confident knowledge and was SO helpful. The one downside about Warby Parker as a company, not this store in particular, is that they only have two types of progressive lenses. One that insurances take and one that insurances do not. If they had a third, which bridged the gap, such as many other places do (including Zenni optical online), more people would be able to use their insurance.

Then they offered multiple fine tuning options and we settled on the frame. Then they discussed options in details for add ons and ran my insurance and submitted a claim on my behalf all before I left. Experience was so great I bought a spare pair for a discount. Will shop there again in future
