  Canceled my membership in person in February, and have since been repeatedly and wrongfully charged. Was charged in March & April even after I confirmed cancellation. Super shady business practice. I was supposed to be refunded but never was. Steer clear!!!

  just took my first cycle class along with my friends this morning and had to leave a review! sydney was an amazing instructor!! super motivating and brought great energy the whole time. you somehow leave feeling completely defeated and incredible at the same time! what a great first class!! 🫶

  I moved away from the area and requested for Cyclebar to cancel my membership. I was told I would have to come in person to cancel and it could not be done on the phone. I explained I no longer lived close enough to stop by and requested that they email me any forms I need to sign and I would happily sign them and email them back. This was on December 30th when I requested a cancellation. It is now March 10th and they have made my account go negative multiple times. They are refusing to cancel my membership. I've lost out on hundreds of dollars by now. I am extremely disappointed because I initially had an amazing experience at Cyclebar where I felt confident and included. When I cancelled my hope was that if I was ever in the area I could pay for a class or two and attend! I would now not recommend their services to anybody. Their customer service and lack of care for their members really has turned me away from them. I give them 1 star because while it was a fun environment I do not support any business that cares more about money than their members.

  I dropped in for a class today and they were amazing! Loved the energy and instructor! Wish I lived in KC to join permanently.

  5 stars!!! truly cannot say enough great things about CycleBar! The instructors bring incredible energy, and the classes are challenging in the best way, delivering real results. The sense of community here is unmatched in the area- it’s something you genuinely have to experience to understand. The GM and instructor, Jaclyn, is such a huge asset to the Leawood studio; she’s incredible. I’ve taken classes from every instructor, and each one is knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming to riders of all levels. Highly recommend!
