  Instructors are incredibly supportive! I started as a complete beginner, and they helped me build my confidence step by step until I felt comfortable trying more advanced classes. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you understand. If you’re looking for a positive change and ready to take on a new challenge, I would definitely recommend it!

  A friend convinced me to come to a class, and I have kept returning every week for the last year! It’s a great workout no matter the class format. People of all ages and sizes come. It’s an inviting atmosphere that’s supportive and challenging. Highly recommend!

  Pure Barre in Lawrence has been a highlight of 2025. It has a wonderful, friendly environment! I love the instructors and our community. I have learned so much these past 6 months & cannot recommend it enough!

  Pure Barre Lawrence and the incredible instructors there pulled me out of my workout slump 2 years ago, and I’ve been obsessed ever since! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a great community, and a group workout environment where modifications are encouraged to ensure you are always working hard safely.
