  I had a mixed experience with this dental office. The dentist was professional and did good work, and the hygienist was also skilled, personable, and professional. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant during my visits. However, I was disappointed with the billing and communication practices. I had two insurance plans and was waiting to see how both would process the claim, yet I still received a collections-style call around Christmas time—even though a payment had already been made. The timing and tone of that call felt unnecessary and insensitive during the holidays. Additionally, after I provided my credit card information and the payment went through, the staff member remarked that she was surprised it worked, which came across as unprofessional and tacky. Learning afterward that the office was undergoing cosmetic redecorating made the situation feel even more frustrating, especially given the billing confusion. While the clinical care was solid, the overall experience left a negative impression, and unfortunately, I will be looking for a new dentist.

  The dentists are great, I have been going there for over 7 years. Keep a great smile and go see them !
