  Unfortunately I am NOT impressed at the moment. Would recommend going elsewhere for your glasses needs. I ordered my glasses. Picked them up a week or so later. Noticed my vision was very off. Any screen or paper was completely distorted. Thought I just needed to get used to the new prescription. Alas, made me sick and I was unable to work or function while wearing the.. Brought my glasses back to the store, they said everything on their end looked good. So I then had to take extra time off to see my eye doctor (again) to retest my vision thinking it was a prescription issue, just to find out the glasses themselves were incorrect, my prescription was still correct on paper . Had to then go back to Eyemart Express to tell them. Turns out the associate mistyped my prescription when she placed the order, making the axis off by a whole 100 degrees. They had to resubmit the order and told me it would be 2 weeks, but likely arrive sooner as they would expedite it since it was a correction for an error on their part. I called at 10 days just to get an update and was told the glasses were in transit to the store. Should be there soon. Now, 14 days, the date of expected arrival, I had yet to receive a call they were in. I called the store and they now tell me that the glasses haven't even left the lab yet... and should be here four days from now. Overall NOT impressed at all. So much for "express". It will be going on 4 weeks now by the time my glasses arrive and fingers crossed it's actually right this time. I get errors happen. But don't tell me you're going to expedite it if it's not actually going to be, and don't lie to me and tell me it's in transit if it hasn't even left the lab yet. Go elsewhere. This will be the last time I use an Eyemart "Express".

  Glasses were made in under an hour and the staff was so friendly Jade did a amazing job helping my husband get exactly what he needed and the other lady helped me fix my daughter's glasses so she could wear them till we could get her new ones the care and absolute respect these ladies had for me and my family was a breath of fresh air to say the least 100 percent recommend this place for all your glasses needs!!!!

  1st time I used Eyemart Express. Good experience, got 2 pair for 1 price.
