While I have also experienced what others have said regarding the one rude employee the rest of the office has went above and beyond to make sure my DME needs are met. I was also very impressed that Katie was knowledgeable about my condition especially given the rarity of it.

The lady at the back desk helped me and was really pleasant and helpful. I ran into a snag last year when I was getting supplies for my husband but it was because insurance required an updated prescription.
