  I strongly dislike giving negative reviews to businesses unless it is earned. During our visit one employee, we will call them D for anonymity, restrained my child while attempting to capture X-ray images. When doctor came in, I had a very upset 7 year old (who was yelled at…I corrected her and told her again she needed to use a calm voice when talking to my child), and Dr. Kricket was brash, abrupt, and drove on completing her oral evaluation while my daughter screamed with discomfort. She told her things she said hurt didn’t. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding…). If your child is the least bit sensitive, or you prefer your kiddos receive care they deserve, I highly suggest avoiding this place. Also, their website claims they have a 4.1 average. Google currently shows a 2.x rating here for doctor, and sub 3.8 on the clinic overall. We confirmed they worked well with neurodiverse kiddos in advance. Our experience was exactly the opposite.

  They reassured us our insurance covered our daughters’ first visit. It didn’t cover anything. We switched insurance companies and were approved for retroactive coverage. The dentist office didn’t bill the new insurance like they said they would, but instead sent it to collections. It’s been a long and incredibly frustrating situation all because they either don’t train their desk workers to give correct information, or because they were intentionally deceiving us. We have never made a late payment on anything, so getting a collections call over something we stayed in contact with to fix a situation that should have never even happened is very frustrating. Never going back or recommending.
