  My husband scheduled contrast therapy for me following the Kansas City marathon and I couldn’t be happier. The facility was clean and beautiful. The staff were excellent. I injured my foot running the race and they were so kind and concerned. If I were local I’d definitely consider the membership!

  I have been to Pause a few times now and every visit has been fantastic. Every single employee has been informative and friendly. I’ve tried a couple IVs and really did notice a difference. I’ve also done the cold room and red light therapy. I’m a fan of this place and the people who work there.

  I had a great experience at this wellness center! The sauna and cryotherapy were both relaxing and refreshing. It was a great way to unwind and take some time for myself. I’d definitely recommend checking them out!
