  I had such a great experience with Pause and especially with Eric! He did an amazing job explaining everything they had to offer at the studio and took the time to make sure I fully understood all of my options. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left feeling genuinely informed about what would be best for my recovery. Eric was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how personalized my time felt and would definitely recommend Pause to anyone looking for support during their recovery!

  Eric, Taylor, and the team are great! They gave me a warm welcome and a thorough studio tour. The only hiccup was the initial video call with the nurse practitioner. Aside from that, my first visit was phenomenal.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love Pause Studio! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming, clean, and welcoming. The studio is beautiful, and there are so many different ways to relax, recover, and recharge. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. Eric, the General Manager, is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed, taken care of, and has the best possible experience. Michael, the nurse, is also incredible at what he does! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable during your IVs and wellness shots. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I especially love that Pause offers so many wellness services all in one place, including float therapy, red light therapy, sauna, cryotherapy, IV therapy, and wellness shots. There really is something for everyone depending on what your body needs that day. If you’re looking for self-care, stress relief, recovery, or simply some time to reset, I highly recommend Pause in Fairway. It’s such a unique wellness experience and truly a hidden gem! 💙✨

  What an incredible experience! I have never felt so relaxed. We did the IV therapy with compression therapy. They served me tea while I got my IV and then I did the float. The staff were so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and really enhanced the experience. I left feeling like a new person, deeply relaxed and happy. Highly highly recommend.
