  Not Military friendly. I was seen through our military program.. I was constantly being belittled for the coverage that they provided and that it wasn't good enough. The billing lady on one occasion came in the room put her ungloved hand in my mouth being very rude. Then called me a liar to the dentist because I said my tooth is hurting... in which the images they took 7 months prior showed a hole in my tooth where a filling fell out so clearly my tooth hurt sitting with a hole that long! Military provider stated they didn't receive an image to send treatment voucher which was why I was scheduled to be seen again and was treated horrifically. As a veteran I've never received such terrible treatment. Needless to say I received a call that the military no longer was going to use them because of this. I will NOT recommend to anyone especially fellow veterans. Very disappointed.

  Dr. Flanagin and his staff are friendly and professional. The knowledge of the office staff for billing and the hygienists are exceptional. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and they ease that anxiety. They are the best!
