From my very first phone call, Jaimee—who was just about to go on lunch break—still took the time to reassure me that my medication would be ready shortly after they returned. That alone gave me immediate peace of mind. Both Jaimee and Pam were incredibly kind, professional, and followed through exactly as promised.
