- HBHannah BarnhartSep 4, 20255.0I started Pilates here for the first time in January after two abdominal surgeries, a sprained ankle, and struggling with glute weakness (aka I was at the weakest I’ve ever been). I’ve been constantly coming for about six months and the difference in my body is clear. I have gained so much core strength, ankle strength - you name it. All of the instructors give a different vibe, class and cueing style - so I’ve been having fun trying new (to me) instructors as well!
