  Went today to pick up a prescription, got a gal I'd never seen before, hee name was Vivian, when I say she was the nicest, most respectful young lady, she went above and beyond to help me with everything! Never had a problem with this pharmacy and the staff are super cool! Love them 💕

  I used to be extremely happy with the Warsaw Owens pharmacy. But here lately not so much. The pharmacist is slower than molasses. My prescriptions are never filled on time. I give them a hour more than when they say because if not I end up waiting there for an hour plus. They either need to be open longer or get some more help because it is absolutely ridiculous. I’m seriously about to switch pharmacies it’s so bad.

  My family has found this Warsaw Kroger pharmacy to be quite rude! Short with customers, talking down to us, attitude, and one guy even threw my insurance card in the prescription bag. When my mom asked if it was in the bag, after not having had the card handed back to her, he flung the bag and her and said, “Hope so!” My entire family literally hates dealing with this pharmacy.
