Came in for help with my jaw. Wore a splint from this office for a year. Was told many lies by this dentist Dr. Brown that my bite would correct itself shortly after wearing the splint, but it never corrected and the force of the incorrectly made splint also contributed to making 4 of my bottom front teeth loose. Went to a surgeon at IU, the surgeon told me that the appliance pushed my top and bottom teeth into my gums from the splint being made incorrectly and built up with acrylic just in the back and not equally all around. So now when I bite my top and bottom, side and back teeth don't touch, only the front teeth touch now top to bottom. Also, my bottom front teeth are now loose from the splint appliance from this office and they weren't before. Got told I didn't have arthritis at this office or any major issues with my jaw, then told at IU by the surgeon that I have arthritis and more, that will also need a full jaw joint replacement before age 50. Now have to get braces to fix the bite, which I have no way to pay for and I can barely eat. Also now have to get physical therapy and get another splint made correctly by someone else to attempt to fix the damage done physically by this office, but no way to fix the emotional damage done by this office. Also wasted thousands of dollars out of pocket here, which was all the money I had saved as I can't work and haven't been able to due to my physical health. Also, don't sign the makeshift contract from this office before treatment saying that they won't be held liable. The dentists at this office are nice, but don't let that fool you.

When I was 15, I had a dislocated jaw. Dr. Brown was how I had as my dentist. The staff were prompt and always friendly. I had such a positive experience that I still remember it like it was yesterday, though I hadn't been back there in over 21 years. Thanks Dr. Brown and clinical staff!!!

I looked for a dentist who took my insurance for a long time I finally decided Versailes wasn't all that far to drive from my house and I was ever so thankful that the new patient list wasn't a crazy amount of months out. I went to my first visit and it was nice. The ladies who work in this office are extra polite. I was excited to finally have my concerns eased. My next appt. Was a filling I needed in the tooth next to my front tooth wasn't visible from the front I just notice that my tooth looked a little thin is the best way I can describe it ? I didn't go to school for dentistry so I can't tell you exactly what things are or how bad something is or what options in treatments are. I went to my 2nd appt DR.Kress the younger dentist is who I ended up being a patient for he looked at the tooth but it was an asst. who I believe had the training to do what she did? She was a nice lady ,comfortable. It hurt for quite some time after. I kept telling my fiance and my employees I never remember having a filling that hurt this badly. So when I set my first visit up with this dentist it was right when things were starting to get back to normal from coronavirus but my schedule was still flexible...when it came time for treatment plan appt. I had to reschedule I run semi loads for a living along with help my fiance manage his towing company...life started picking up I called on a friday evening about 4pm and was able to reach someone to resch. mind you I called as soon as I knew I needed to (sometimes we are asked to move equipment at very last minute). It came for my next appt and literally once again on a Saturday I found out Id be leaving town so Monday at 7am I start calling to let them know I have to reschedule again no answering machine is provided to leave a message so it was about 9am an hour before my appt I called from the road and let them know i would have to move it AGAIN! When I scheduled these appt I had no clue I would start to get as busy as I did. Last year was a different time for everyone no one knew what to expect! When I finally made in which I put it later in the afternoon . I came in the ladys were as nice as always I was taken back and xrays were done. Dr.Kress comes in and he had a completely different attitude like short attitude so I tried to lighten the mood (everyone has bad days) anyway I said something to lines like "yea now that I finally got to make it to my appt". And he was dead serious gave me (an adult) this lecture about how valuable " his time" was and how he didnt know me yet and the next time Id have to rescedule (I dont know about anyone else but I wouldnt make an appt if I knew Id have to reschedule) that I wasnt allowed to make an appt with him Id have to call everyday to see if he'd have the extra time to see me. I run a company and go out on the road I am busy also and my family and providing for my kids is important just as important as it is to him. I was offended but I just let it go with how hard it is to get in a dentist what can ya do? The day came and I got a wrecker call the day of so I had to take off I didnt even call I felt awkward and like I wasnt wanted there by this time. An unpredictedable job apparently isnt fit for this Dr.Kress. About 1.5 months later Im in florida for work the tooth that he didn't have time to do the filling on and had the dental hygienist do seperated from my actually tooth while I was eating and broke my real tooth off. IM SAD. I was told by the dentist I had to pay $700 to in Florida that the filling put in my tooth was so large that I should have had the option to get a crown. I didnt have enough of my real tooth left to hold a filling this large so it cracked and pulled away from it. I was never even discussed with that I needed a large filling this was like right by my gum and it just looked thin ? Now Im in awful pain, embarrassed & paying for an implant because someones time is more valuable then a patients. I can say. Im traumatized. I really wonder if my insur. Was charged for a dentist or a hygeinst to do this filling.IM DEVESTATED.
