- LFLaura FudaczAug 7, 20265.0I’ve been a Stretch Lab client/member over the past few years. Initially, I start going because of general/overall stiffness, as well as sciatic pain. They were able to help with both. They offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Sessions are not cheap, but they did have an introductory package when I first started which I eventually turned into a monthly membership. They are also really good at freezing your monthly membership upon request for medical conditions/surgery, etc. Most recently, I’ve been going to Jamie. She is excellent! I would highly recommend her, but the entire staff is well trained & good at focusing on your specific needs. Give Stretch Lab a try if you’re looking to increase your flexibility, especially if you’re looking to get back to the gym like I was!

The Staff were All VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE , PATIENT, & KIND💎 The Stretch Lab Does Not get enough Recognition!!!
