I’ve been ordering my contacts from them and was told that I didn’t have an allowance with my insurance company to put towards contacts. I went to the Chicago ridge location today in Illinois and they said I DO have an allowance of $130. The associates seriously need to be retrained because I could’ve saved the $200 I spent on contacts.
