- CDChau Dao2 days ago1.0I’m happy with this store more then 10 year but today 07-5-2026 in the morning i come in to make a new glasses and i have 1 old one have broken the noses pads i need fix but the guy in the store he said he can’t fix because he can’t take that off , then i do that i take off and he said he can’t fix it? That not a big deal, i go to Walmart Brownsburg they help me fix that only 5 minutes, i think i will never comeback LensCrafters no more.

He even fixed up my old frames. Much better experience than some places I have had in town. Definitely recommend, I will come back for sure!

Called and spoke with the manager.. Per the store manager at the Plainfield, IN store customers have two options, return the product within 30 days or buy their extended warranty. Emailed and response from their Corporate CS.. same. This is not acceptable as this is a quality issue and their rubber stamp response for a company that should be most compassionate to folk’s need to see better is trash. Not sure their company’s motto fits their actions. Deeply concerned
