I came in for prescription safety glasses paid for by my company on 6MAY26. There was A LOT of red tape and hoops to jump through. They kept working the issue when they could have easily given up! I got the glasses I went in for and it was truly a great experience watching them work through it. I think their names were Ollie and T! Awesome job by both!

Awful experience. Went in ordereded glasses and was told three weeks. Then when I went in to get a refund they said it was fraud to give me my money back. I bought 4 pairs of glasses and they said sense I was returning one it would go back on my health card. It was only 300 of a 1600 dollar transaction. Don’t go the assistant manager even told me the day before that we would have no problem

I’d give no stars if I could! My family all bought glasses, my husband and I both bought Meta glasses. After 3 weeks of waiting for my husbands to come in, my husband wanted a refund as they hadn’t came in yet. Now they say we can A) return all glasses to them (all 4 pairs) and start over. Or, we’d get half the money put back on our credit card. Meaning my husband would get 300. Back for meta’s. They are very expensive, and for not working with us, we will never come back.

I needed new prescription sunglasses, and Clay was great! He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
