I have not had any issues with filling prescriptions or with rude pharmacist. It’s been a pleasant experience the last two years.

the pharmacist refuse doctors prescription? It floors me that I’m under doctors care for a medical condition which I’m being treated for and yet the pharmacist has no clue of what’s going on and blindly refuse to do his job! Not only I’m leaving this Kroger pharmacy but I’m leaving Kroger all together, I hope the upper management would step in and teach staff about job description

The pharmacy people here are SO rude and horrible. I usually don’t leave reviews, and try to give people the benefit of the doubt especially during a time like this. BUT, I was told yesterday at about 5pm my prescription would be done in 40 minutes. That was after my doctor called it in 3 hours prior. We went back at 7:30, over two and a half hours later. They still didn’t have it ready and told us we’d have to wait until tomorrow. They never gave us a call to give us a heads up so we could transfer it somewhere else, waited until we got there to tell us. Well, next day 2 hours after opening it still isn’t ready when we called. AND, this isn’t just some little medicine. It’s my steroids, nebulizer, and inhaler for my lungs because my asthma is currently exacerbated with bronchitis. I’ve been struggling to breathe over 24+ hours now which we’ve explained to them with no care. They were extremely rude both times we went. They have little to no care for the health of people needing their meds obviously. I’ve never met such rude pharmacy people!!!!
