  I was very disappointed with my experience at Club Pilates Noblesville. I paid a $127 enrollment fee expecting to begin classes shortly afterward. Unfortunately, an issue arose with my membership, and instead of helping me get started while they worked to resolve it, I was left waiting. During that time, my phone calls went unanswered, and the communication I received was limited to brief emails acknowledging my frustration and stating that they were still investigating the issue. I felt there were opportunities to provide a temporary solution—such as enrolling me in classes at the standard monthly rate while the matter was being resolved—but that option was never offered. What disappointed me most wasn't the issue itself, but the lack of communication, responsiveness, and customer service. A situation like this could have been handled much differently with proactive communication and a greater focus on the customer experience. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I decided to return to another Pilates studio and requested a refund. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication and customer care for future members.

  Great place! Convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a clean, welcoming environment. I’m already seeing noticeable improvements in my physique while also increasing my functional mobility and overall movement.

  I’ve gone every weekday morning at 6 am since the opening & I have loved it so so much! The majority of the instructors are phenomenal at making sure you understand what you are supposed to be doing and really help you keep your form! Ellie/Allie/Emily are absolutely amazing, some of the best instructors I’ve ever had. I’ve truly loved this new membership!
