  Went to this store twice this week and we’re closed both times. The first was at 5:57pm when their sign said open and closes at 8pm. The second was at noon on a weekend and they haven’t even opened for the day.

  I went to the store on Friday at 6pm and the doors were already locked even though they’re supposed to be open until 8. I came back the next day at 12:10pm, well after their 10am opening time, and it was still closed. It really doesn’t seem like they want business.

  I've been to your store many times. Rather than posting a bad review on Google I chose this route. The last two times I've been at your store there's been a woman named Amanda training. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like one of her subordinates. Last time I was there she signed me up for a subscription that I don't recall agreeing to. I never do those things. I received the wrong flavor of a protein shake so I was returning the product for an exchange. She told me to go grab one off the shelf. When I came back to the register and said I couldn't find it she said it's there and tell me to go back to the Shelf the whole time standing with her arms folded leaning back on the counter. I've had great service every time she has not been there everyone always seems to know the inventory product well. Everyone is always seemed polite and respectful. Someone needs to train her in some manners. As I left the store I said Thank you and she said nothing in return. So I said thank you again and she did reply "no problem" Jerez
