- LALori AdamsJul 16, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I initially scheduled an appointment with Gina to discuss possible hormonal concerns. My first appointment was set for the afternoon of July 3, 2026. Less than an hour before the appointment, Gina called to cancel because she was ill. I completely understood, as unexpected situations happen. We rescheduled the appointment for today at 4:45 p.m. I left work early to make sure I arrived on time and checked in at approximately 4:40 p.m. There was no one at the front desk, but there was a sign instructing patients to ring the bell for assistance. I rang the bell and waited. After about 15 minutes with no response, I rang it again. Gina then came out and told me she was running behind and would be with me shortly. Unfortunately, 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I still had not been called back. Because I had another commitment that I could not miss, I had no choice but to leave without being seen. I understand that delays and unexpected circumstances can occur, and I try to be understanding. However, after already having one appointment canceled at the last minute and then experiencing a significant delay without any proactive communication or apology, I found the experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope improvements can be made to scheduling and communication so that patients' time is respected.
