I had several consults and ultimately chose Dr. Flannagan because he was incredibly honest and I got the sense that he wanted me to get amazing results as much as I did. Communication in general was fantastic…but post op communication was top tier. These kinds of surgeries heal in a non-linear fashion so concerns do pop up (especially for cosmetic surgery newbies like myself) and being able to have your mind put at ease with a simple text (and sometimes a picture) is a game changer. They were VERY responsive and reassuring any time I had a concern about swelling or stitches or anything. On top of that, my scars are truly works of art. I have gotten SO many compliments on my results and I really could not be happier with my choice of surgeon!
