When I called to ask to not be contacted again, I was met with a defense about how the fault was someone else's. I don't care whose fault it is, just tell me it's done and have a good day. That's plenty. Know when to stop talking.

Everytime I call, I get sent to someone else and immediately get sent to a voicemail. After following the prompts, it seems I'm never speaking to the correct person. I'm always getting the run around
