  I received the RSV shot in November of 2025. I then received a bill for $350 for the vaccine. I thought it would be covered through insurance. It is not covered through Humana unless your primary physician recommends that you get it. So I thought I'd post this for those who think you can just walk in and get a vaccine for free you better check before you go in. They were going to send my bill to a collection agency if I didn't pay it properly which I did finally today. So I would give them a high star rating for promptly and efficiently administering the vaccine. I would have to give them a very low star rating for not letting me know that I would need approval from my primary care physician for it to be free.

  I was incorrectly billed and the telephone number on bill takes you to a 1st alert ad. I want to talk about my bill and there is no way to address billing errors. Their phone number is a scam.

  Went for Covid test and a member of the families insurance was not accepted, so said she wanted to pay out of pocket and they said we couldn't pay out of pocket because she had insurance but the insurance was not accepted. It took 2 hours for 3 of us to receive the rapid 15 min test. NEVER AGAIN.
