- KCKiki CousinsAug 18, 20225.0Called today and got in today. He was very personable, answered every question I asked and even questions I didn’t ask. To be honest I can be a pain, because I am that patient that listen and soaks up what you tell me & researches the causes and cures, so I can be prepared on my next visit with questions. My heart doc hates that I have the nerve to question him. No one is more concerned about your well being than you so don’t be afraid to ask questions. I absolutely, love my family doctor, who retired in June, and I believe I could love Dr. Ansert , as well, even though he is not my family doctor. If I could add another star for the staff, I would. This office is the entire package. 2nd visit is in 2 weeks. They sat the bar pretty high. I will keep you posted 😁. BTW my toe is still sore maybe I should take it down to 4 star…..hee hee
