My loyalty was rewarded by you being at least one hour late for an 11 AM appointment. I will not patronize a business that blatantly disregards the value of my time.
- LKLisa KochanowskiAug 24, 20261.0Horrible place - stay clear! My husband and I had been patients. Recently, my husband had an episode at work where he started seeing flashes of light in his eyes. He called the eye doctor with concerns of a detached retina. The rude clerk told him he was just getting old and needed to have his eyes checked. An appointment was scheduled, but my husband continued to express concern over the eye issues. The clerk said if the doctors were concerned, she would call him back. WE DID NOT GET A CALL BACK. We ended up getting an emergency appointment with a REAL eye care facility. At the appointment, we discovered not 1 but 2 tears in his retina. They had to use a laser to seal the tears. So glad we did not take the advice of Pearle Vision and let it go for a week for a routine eye appointment. If you want to keep your vision, DO NOT GO HERE!
