- ALAnn LyonsJun 26, 20261.0Very disappointed. I had an eye exam scheduled for 5 pm but your facility was running an hour behind & didn't reach out to notify me or the 2 people in front of me. I left work an hour early (without pay) for this appt & then wasn’t able to pick up my medication at the pharmacy or make my 7 pm appt because I didn't get in to see the eye doctor until after 6 pm. I finally left your Mishawaka facility at 6:50 pm. The person finishing up my order stated she'd give me a discount but I don't see one on my receipt.
