  We had an amazing experience here! The Doctor is educated and friendly! He was kind enough to see my son the same day as my daughter which was amazing!

  Terribly Poor Customer Service, I have been going in here for years and have spent thousands of dollars trying to support a local business. I recently had them make a new pair of glasses with a to me was a radical change in one eye that took me a while to get used to with many headaches. The glasses they made were defective from the start with the lenses popping out easily. I have spent quite a bit of time looking on the floor for popped out lens. both of them easily pop out at the worst times. I stopped in the have them look at them and was told the lenses were poorly made & I would have to give them the glasses. It took 3 weeks to get these made so I was not happy about having to go back to an old pair that had a much different script on my right eye. They didn't seem to really care much after I expressed my displeasure at the options they provided. They said I could buy a second pair but that furthered my displeasure. They seem to have no problem inconveniencing a customer. I decided I will take my business elsewhere and when I called back an hour later to give them another chance at keeping my business the young man who I spoke to said "thats fine" when I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I guess they must be doing so well they don't need to take care of their current & long time customers. Terrible customer service, I will only go back to return these poorly made glasses & that will be the last time for me at (low) quality optical.

  So I called at one to see if my daughters glasses came in and they said yes they were going to be open till 3 so I found someone to take her in since I work till 3 and doors were locked at 235!! Same thing happened when I pick up my son's glasses a couple weeks ago! Lady called and said they were in and said they would be till 5 all week and went next day and note on door said sorry closed be back tomorrow!!!! Will be going to a different eye doctor!
