  Giant sign when you walk in promoting BOGO on energy drinks. We get to the cashier to check out and he says “oh we forgot to take that down, the drinks aren’t BOGO anymore.” The store had been open for over 2 hours the price should’ve been honored, but he refused. That’s not how you do business when the mistake is on the opening team member not the customer.

  I walked in and the gentleman didn’t ask if there was something I was looking for or if I needed help. I eventually found what I was looking for, but there was another product with the similar name but had a few different things listed for what it helped with. I could tell one was pill form and the other was powder (I picked them both up). I asked if he could tell me was there a major difference and which one would be a better option. He basically said “umm this one is powder and that one is pill.” That’s it, nothing else, and proceeded to look at his iPad.Clearly I know that much. Why are there people working here with no knowledge of the products especially a GNC product. I walked out.

  I just wanna give a shout out to one of the employees. Her name is Emily at the michigan city store. She is very personable, friendly, an helpful. And very knowledgeable. She takes her time, an explains the product, an makes sure you understand. She was a pleasure an does a outstanding job at what she's does. She should be commended.
