The staff is so helpful and so good at making suggestions. I get compliments on my glasses all the time. The eye exams are quick and the doctor is willing to answer questions and explain anything that comes up. Very welcoming place.

I usually have a great, friendly experience here. Today was not that. We were greeted by the assistant manager, told her what I was paperwork I trying to get, I called it the prescription but its pupillary distance. She said she was not able to give that info to me. I let her know I called yesterday and spoke to someone about the measurement of distance and pointed at my eyes and they stated the paper would be on the front desk for me. She let out a soft chuckle almost, began looking around, did not find it, told me she doesn't even have a printer on that side and redirected me to the optometry side. I waited 10 minutes before being redirected once again to the original side I was on. The assistant manager was now being passive aggressive once the front desk lady on the optometrist side let her know what I was looking for, as she was the one I spoke to on the phone. Assistant manager printed out the paper (thought she didn't have one?), handed it to me, did not say a word. So incredibly rude, especially from an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Once I exited, they all began crowding around the counter and as I turn around while walking out, they all were whispering and made eye contact with me. Very weird behavior from grown women. SMH

Highly recommend asking for Charnell if you need help at this LensCrafters! I originally picked up my glasses yesterday. The team adjusted them, but they still didn't fit comfortably, and I ended up settling. After being bothered by the fit all day, I went back in today. Charnell took over and was able to fix the adjustment exactly how I needed it. I left very satisfied and finally have comfortable glasses. Thank you, Charnell!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
