THANK YOU SO MUCH GIO! you did a fabulous job and your consultative sales approach made me feel supported in my decision on the clubmaster the whole way throughout the process. you are obviously an expert who takes pride in doing things the right way every time, and i appreciated your attention to detail, recommending high-index lenses after noticing the strength of my prescription. overall, i’m struggling to think of anything that would have made my experience better. your dedication to your craft was apparent and i got customer service that was above and beyond what i expected. thank you again!

Posting for my friend
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead specifically to ask about getting my pupillary distance (PD) measurement and was told over the phone that it would be available for me at the front desk.
I live 45 minutes away, so I drove all the way there based on what THEIR employee told me. When I arrived, I explained to the woman at the front desk what I was there to pick up. I didn’t get her name, but she had thin dark hair and glasses. She immediately told me they could not give me that information.
I explained that I had already called and spoken with someone who specifically told me the measurement would be ready for me at the front desk. She was rude and passive aggressive, told me she didn’t know who I spoke to, that they “don’t do that,” and that whoever else I choose to buy my glasses from could get the measurement for me.
That is absolutely not okay. I am 100% certain I called this office and was told to come in to pick it up. I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back, wasting an hour and a half of my time plus gas, only to be refused the information I was specifically told would be waiting for me and then spoken to rudely on top of it.
I also paid this office for my eye exam, so I’m not sure why where I choose to purchase my glasses should matter. If your office is not willing to provide PD measurements, then your employees should not tell patients over the phone that they can come pick them up.
This was a completely unnecessary waste of my time and gas, and the way I was treated when I arrived only made the situation worse. I will not be returning.
& please don’t tell me to go to the website and fill out a complaint form because that’s already done.

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
