  Good followup if not immediate. However, the visits are thorough & courteous , caring and empathetic.

  Everything was fine until my very recent ultrasound appointment. I had my baby (18 months) and my husband which is disabled, to help me during the session. A nurse named Olga was assigned for my appointment. My back was hurting the whole time because of the weird position I was in. I had to lay all the way back and it was a long session. My baby was walking around and my husband was having difficulties taking care of her. At the end of the session, she said not to have my baby again next time in the room, which I don't blame Olga. But I would rather not to experience that anymore. Might have to go to another northshore for ultrasound. Thanks, Olga.

  I never had a problem with them until recently went there for my infected fingers which was over a month ago and still no results whatsoever my fingers are now turning black they sent me to doctors who also didn’t do anything about my situation what a waste of time hopefully I don’t have to sue them because this is unacceptable

  Dr. Lemon has compassion and kindness. He fit me in for an impromptu appointment, due to a sudden, serious eye concern. He put me at ease, and his staff is amazing!

  I have had nothing but exceptional service at Northshore. I recently went to a different location for a procedure and I was so nervous. The staff at my usual location Is terrific so I hoped it would be the same in Lake Station. I was greeted and helped by friendly front desk team. The nurse who took me back was not just kind but sincerely friendly. The doctor helped me feel at ease and took time to inform me before the procedure. I can’t recommend them enough!!
