  I went to the Lakestation optical office. Everyone from the eye doctor to all of the staff where very helpful in completing my eye exam. The staff helped me choose the right glass for me. I definitely recommend Northshore Optical for all your eye needs.

  Love this location! Front desk is always welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to help their patients. Dr Lemon is patient and thorough. Always a very calm atmosphere. Thank you!

  I actually used their advertisement from Facebook for help with Medicare and insurance. My appointment was scheduled right away and Sylvia Colon was great at explaining and helping navigate through the ins and out, I also didn't wait for hours waiting for Medicare to answer their phones. Thank You Sylvia!😃

  The ladies at the desk were very rude would stand there and talk to each other as people were standing in line act like we didn't exist it was a horrible experience I would never go back to that place
