  I love the great you're like family vibe that everyone here puts off!!! They have always done a very great job with my eyes and all of my eye care needs. They are very smart and honest as well. They will let you know if the pair of glasses that you're trying on looks funny on your face or not. Absolutely love this about them!! If they have ever explained anything to me that I did not understand, they take the time to re explain until I do!! I have even blown up their phone many times in one week, and not one time did I even get an attitude from the other side of the line. That is another bonus for love!! Nothing but excellent attitudes and very great eye exam procedures!!

  Neo Vision on 2200 Elmwood Ave, Lafayette IN…The Staff was all helpful, going over and beyond to help me with and issue I returned to them twice about and each time, they showed the same willingness to help as best they could to make sure I was taking care of, Cory Penix does an excellent job making sure things are handled or he’s looking for the best solution…… I will be going back again for my next eye exam and pair of glasses….🫡🍊🍊

  I have been going to Neovsion for years now. At my 2025 visit I could tell something was wrong, but couldn't put my finger on it. Went in April of this year and the staff "looks busy" and lost at the same time. Third visit this year, and I am done! From losing my appt - AFTER driving there, to not even seeing my prescription in my chart - WORST thing they did was merge with Evans! Lost a patient here!

  I am extremely disappointed in this business. I was originally quoted 20 for replacement frames as mine broke. The woman who swapped my lenses was fantastic put glasses on they were great. Then I am told at the counter it'll be 120... I was wearing them already. I would've chose to suffer instead. I am not sure I'll be back after this. We live on one income. 100 bucks higher then originally quoted is insane. Went from extremely pleased. To extremely displeased really fast.
