  I had a good experience. The facility is nice, the staff was nice, and even the wait time wasn't too long or drawn out. Well, I went ahead and got my frames picked out while waiting. Got through my whole appointment. Picked out the exact frames I wanted. A few days later I went back to pick up my glasses. I tried them on. The sales associate said they looked great. While at work a couple days later I was thinking to myself and it occurred to me that Armani is for men. So I took a Google photo and researched the frames I had bought.. what do ya know..... THEYRE MALE FRAMES. I'm so disappointed the reps didn't say anything. Why would you let a female buy male frames?! I will have to make sure to do my own research.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience and really want to recognize Audrey (686357) for the amazing customer service she provided while helping me with my glasses. She was personable, patient, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Audrey made the entire process so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable about my insurance, answered every question I had, and made sure I knew about the current deals and savings available to me. I never felt rushed or confused—she took the time to make sure I understood everything and was getting the best options for me. It’s not often you come across someone who can make a potentially stressful process feel completely effortless. Audrey truly made my life easier that day, and she deserves to be recognized for it. She is absolutely an asset to your team! ❤️

  I love les crafters, have never had a bad experience but this time i was very undecided on what new glasses to get and i picked new glasses with no rim around them and when i got them they were every thick so i exchanged them for another pair again with no rim on the bottom and when i got that other pair i took them home and i could not bear to wear them, they are too small for my eyes, they dont cover my whole eye therefore i got terrible headache and now i have a pair of new glasses i cant use, i called the store and they said they cant switch them which i understand since i had already switched them however i didnt know that i could only switch once, cuz i have never not been happy with my frames. It is my fault i get that, but you would think being a loyal customer for years they would make an exception at least just this one time. The young lady who helped me both times was extremely sweet i have no complaints there or with the staff overall its just the way my situation got handled. I however will not be coming back to purchase any more new frames for a while since i am now left $420 dollars short and with a pair of unusable glasses in my drawer.

  I go the pleasure of working with Ashley today as I decided on my classes. She was so personable and really helped me make the best selection. This was made way more fun by Ashley’s engaging personality. I highly recommend this Lens Crafters.
