- JLJoe LongJun 28, 20261.0Have been a customer for several years. I also purchase warranties just in case. I have also purchased prescription sunglasses from them. Other than the RayBan sunglasses, I have always gotten the full frame Oakleys. 6 months ago I thought I would try the metal frame Oakleys (has nose pieces with screws and screws to hold lens in. I travel out of town most weekends and in the last month a lens fell out because a screw came out (fixed myself by purchasing an eyeglasses repair kit) and a nose piece came off and was lost. Ashley stated that the warranty will only replace them with the same pair and that they always tell customers to expect to replace the nose pieces at least twice a year. We'll I was NOT told that and I were told I would have purchased the same style of Oakleys that I have worn for the last 10 years. With purchasing the warranty why in world would I want the same pair of junk that keeps losing parts? Poor customer service and I will not spend another dime of my or my insurance money there anymore
