She laid out all the details about what my insurance would cover VS. signing up for the LC+ club. She had my best interest in mind and got me set up rather quickly! When I came to pick up my Glasses, tammy was helping me out, and she was equally as wonderful! I had an issue with the first pairs and had to send them back with some adjustments. Enter Billy! He really knows his stuff, and made me feel comfortable they would get me in the right pair of glasses even with the issues initially. He remeasured and suggested minor differences in the frames and lenses. Billy talked me through some of the reasons I was having issues, and really made it make perfect sense as to why there are adjustments sometimes necessary, and it is part of the process. Coming back the second time, everything I needed was taken care of, and the glasses worked wonderfully! This team is great, and wanted to share!! Matthew Manaves

Tammy was absolutely awesome and took her time to help me get all 3 sets looking brand new and sitting how they should. Her kindness and understanding was absolutely incredible. They ordered the wrong frames i ordered black titanium not the pink cat eye glasses that they wrongly made and tried to make me take them anyway. I paid with cash so I now have to wait 2 weeks to receive my money back. They are overpriced also. $517.00 with insurance for a single pair of glasses. I will never go back.
